See it

Your launch, from the inside.

Designs for the dashboard, the welcome flow and the share page, filled in with example data for Oftenflow, one of our own launches.

The dashboard: 1,204 signups, 87% confirmed, 312 through referrals and 23 today, with signups per day and where people came from. About the dashboard
The welcome flow: right after signup, Sam sees spot #142 of 1,204 stores. Then one question per screen, like the store URL, saved as plain studio.nl. About signup questions
The share page: three friends confirmed, so Sam moved up 15 places to #142. Below it, the share link and the next reward at 10 friends. About referrals
Branded forms

One form. Every brand.

Each project keeps its own colours, fonts, copy and sender. These three run from the same account.

How it works

From idea to invite in four steps.

  1. Make a project

Name the launch, set its colours, fonts and copy, and pick the questions you want answered.

  2. Put the form out

Embed it on your site, post a plain HTML form, or share the hosted page. People confirm by email.

  3. Watch it grow

Referrals move people up the line. The dashboard shows sources, answers and who confirmed.

  4. Let them in

Invite the next batch on launch day. A webhook tells your product who’s coming.

How it works, in detail
Why Waitlark

Built for people who launch more than once.

We made Waitlark for our own launches in 2027. These are the things we couldn’t find elsewhere.

Stored in the EU. No IPs kept.

Signups live in an EU database. We don’t store IP addresses, user agents or cookies, and double opt-in is on from the start.

Priced per launch.

A waitlist runs for weeks, not years. Pay once per launch instead of a monthly bill that grows with every signup.

The extras are included.

Webhooks, custom domains, removing the badge and custom CSS are part of every paid plan, not a higher tier.

A real web component.

One tag, rendered in Shadow DOM. Your site’s CSS can’t break the form, and the form can’t break your site.

Early access

Early birds get in first.

Join the waitlist for Waitlark. We invite people in small groups, and waitlist members get the early-bird price.
